Hello, I’m LaTonya Thompson, Founder and CEO of Help Us Help You, Inc.
Since 2006, Help Us Help You, Inc. has built a reputation for excellence by establishing professional partnerships founded on integrity, accountability, and outstanding service.
We believe that great partnerships are built on trust, professionalism, and mutual respect. That’s why we carefully select carriers who share our commitment to excellence.
Every time our carriers arrive at a customer’s location, communicate with a broker, or deliver a load, they represent the Help Us Help You, Inc. brand. Because of that, we maintain high standards and partner only with carriers who value professionalism.
We work with carriers who communicate effectively, maintain proper insurance and operating authority, prioritize safety, demonstrate integrity, and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
In return, we provide our carriers with premium freight dispatching services designed to minimize deadhead miles, take the stress out of fighting the load boards, negotiating with brokers, and dealing with low-ball rates completely off of their shoulders.
We focus on securing maximum loads, booking trusted lanes, and keeping your profits high so you can focus strictly on the road.If you share our core values of professionalism and integrity, we invite you to apply to enroll as a carrier with Help Us Help You, Inc. TODAY during our enrollment season.
Keep in mind that in order to maintain our premium level of 24/7 dispatcher support which keeps our carriers highly profitable, we intentionally limit our network and are only accepting a select few qualified carriers this season.
Once our dedicated slots are filled, enrollment will close effective immediately.Don’t wait to secure your spot.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Freight Dispatching Services
Do you work with new MC authorities?
Yes! We proudly partner with new authorities. While some brokers have restrictions on newer MCs, we excel at finding brokers who are willing to work with you and helping you build up your credit and history in the industry.
Do you handle factoring paperwork?
Absolutely. We know that cash flow is king on the road. We will coordinate directly with your factoring company to submit rate confirmations and bills of lading (BOLs) so you get paid without any delays. If you don’t have a factoring company, we can also help point you in the right direction.
Do you check broker credit ratings before booking?
Yes, protecting our carriers is a top priority. We verify the credit score and payment history of every broker on established platforms before we ever present a load to you. We want to make sure you get paid for every single mile you drive.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. We believe in earning your business on every load. While we do require a signed Dispatch Service Agreement to legally represent you to brokers, you are not locked into any long-term contracts. You are free to use our services as much or as little as your business requires.
What are your communication and support hours?
The road doesn’t sleep, and neither does our commitment to you. While our standard booking hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, we provide 24/7 emergency support for active loads. If you are on the road and hit a snag with a broker or receiver, we are only a phone call away.

• A completed Dispatch Service Agreement

• Current W-9
• Notice of Assignment (if applicable)
• Signed Dispatch Service Agreement

Do you verify carrier information?
Yes. Help Us Help You, Inc. verifies each carrier’s operating authority, insurance coverage, safety information, and business credentials before establishing a dispatch relationship. Verification helps protect our company, our customers, our brokers, and our carrier partners.
Do I need my own authority?
Yes. We work with independent owner-operators and motor carriers who operate under their own active operating authority.
What type of insurance is required?
Carriers must maintain all insurance required by federal regulations and brokers. This typically includes:
• Auto Liability Insurance
• Cargo Insurance
• General Liability (when required)
• Workers’ Compensation (if applicable)
Insurance requirements may vary depending on the broker or shipper.
Do you guarantee loads?
No. Because freight availability changes daily, we cannot guarantee a specific number of loads or revenue. However, we work diligently to locate quality freight opportunities that match your equipment, preferred lanes, and business goals.
Do I have to accept every load?
No. The final decision always belongs to the carrier. Our role is to negotiate freight opportunities and present available loads for your consideration.
How do you get paid?
Dispatch service fees are outlined in the Dispatch Service Agreement before any services begin. There are no hidden fees.
Will you negotiate rates with brokers?
Absolutely. One of our primary responsibilities is negotiating competitive freight rates on behalf of our carriers while maintaining professional relationships with freight brokers and shippers.
Do you handle paperwork?
Yes. We assist with dispatch-related paperwork, broker communication, rate confirmations, and ongoing load coordination to help keep your business moving efficiently.
Can I choose where I want to run?
