Absolutely. We know that cash flow is king on the road. We will coordinate directly with your factoring company to submit rate confirmations and bills of lading (BOLs) so you get paid without any delays. If you don't have a factoring company, we can also help point you in the right direction.
Do you check broker credit ratings before booking?
Yes, protecting our carriers is a top priority. We verify the credit score and payment history of every broker on established platforms before we ever present a load to you. We want to make sure you get paid for every single mile you drive.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. We believe in earning your business on every load. While we do require a signed Dispatch Service Agreement to legally represent you to brokers, you are not locked into any long-term contracts. You are free to use our services as much or as little as your business requires.
What are your communication and support hours?
The road doesn't sleep, and neither does our commitment to you. While our standard booking hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, we provide 24/7 emergency support for active loads. If you are on the road and hit a snag with a broker or receiver, we are only a phone call away.
