These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Help Us Help You Logistics (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting or using our courier services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Service Overview
Help Us Help You Logistics provides medical courier services including STAT delivery, specimen transport, medical equipment transport, routed delivery, and on‑demand logistics for healthcare facilities and related organizations.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
• Ensure all materials are properly packaged and labeled
• Comply with all applicable healthcare and transport regulations
• Notify us immediately of any changes to service requests
Our Responsibilities
We agree to:
• Provide timely, professional courier services
• Maintain chain‑of‑custody documentation
• Follow OSHA and HIPAA‑aligned handling procedures
• Use temperature‑controlled transport when required
• Protect the confidentiality of all transported materials
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, traffic, facility access issues, or incorrect information provided by the client.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and does not exceed the value of the specific delivery service performed.
Prohibited Materials
We do not transport hazardous chemicals, illegal substances, or materials prohibited by federal or state regulations.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be established at the time of service agreement or contract. Invoices must be paid according to the terms provided.
Insurance
We maintain General Liability, Commercial Auto Liability, and other required insurance coverage appropriate for medical courier operations. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available upon request.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if safety, compliance, or legal concerns arise.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
